# WashGo Washer Partner Agreement ## 1. Independent Contractor Relationship By registering as a Washer on the WashGo platform, you acknowledge and agree that you operate as an **independent contractor (1099)** and not as an employee, worker, agent, or partner of WashGo. You retain full autonomy over your schedule, equipment, and how services are executed. ## 2. Platform Fees and Commission Adjustments - **Current Service Rate:** WashGo retains a promotional platform fee percentage (currently set at **10%**) from the total base value of each completed service. - **Right to Modify Fees:** WashGo explicitly reserves the right to modify, adjust, or increase platform fee rates or commission structures at any time to support platform operation, marketing, and expansion. - **Notice Period:** Any increase in the platform commission rate will be communicated to Washers via the app, email, or updated terms at least **thirty (30) days prior** to taking effect. - **Acceptance by Continued Use:** Continued use of the WashGo Washer application after the 30-day notice period constitutes your full acceptance of the revised fee structure. ## 3. Washer-Generated Offers and AI Prompts - Washers are responsible for fulfilling all promotional offers, discounts, or customized terms generated through the platform or AI tools. - WashGo is not liable for mispriced offers or misrepresentations created by the Washer. ## 4. Payment Distribution & Processing Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe Connect). Payouts are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks. WashGo reserves the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of suspicious transactions.
