WashGo operates exclusively in the United States, with legal headquarters in Florida. Washer availability depends on your location — the app shows how many are nearby before you book.
When you book, a hold is authorized on your card (Stripe). The final charge is captured when the service completes. If you don't rate within 2 hours, payment is automatically released to the washer.
Yes. When you rate, you can choose an optional tip of 0%, 10%, 15%, or 20% for your washer.
Cancellation is free at the start of the order. If the washer is already on the way or has arrived, a fixed cancellation fee applies to protect their time.
No. WashGo runs the app, booking, payments, and coordination. Washes are performed by verified independent professionals who come to your meetup point.
Yes. WashGo is bilingual — available in Spanish and English for drivers in the US aged 18 and over.
