# WashGo Customer Terms of Service ## 1. Platform & Service Fees - **Service Fee Disclosure:** WashGo charges a non-refundable **Service & Platform Fee** (currently **$2.49 USD**) per booking. This fee covers secure payment processing, customer support, platform infrastructure, and verification. - **Dynamic Fee Adjustments:** WashGo reserves the right to adjust service fees, surge pricing, or platform charges at any time. Applicable fees will always be itemized and displayed transparently prior to booking confirmation. ## 2. Promotional Codes and Referral Program - Referral discounts (e.g., 10% Welcome Discount) are valid **strictly for first-time users / single accounts**. - WashGo reserves the right to invalidate, cancel, or reverse discounts if multi-account creation, referral abuse, or fraudulent activity is detected. - Promotional discounts apply only to eligible service fees or subtotal amounts up to specified maximum limits. ## 3. Independent Service Providers WashGo connects users with independent automotive detailers ("Washers"). WashGo does not directly provide vehicle washing services and is not liable for minor pre-existing vehicle wear or disputes outside platform terms. ## 4. Cancellation & Payment Rules Charges are processed at the time of booking or upon service authorization. All transactions are securely processed via third-party payment gateways.
