LEGAL ENTITY AND DATA CONTROLLER WashGo is not a separate legal entity. WashGo is a digital platform, trade name, and software product wholly owned, operated, and developed by EsadevSolutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States (“EsadevSolutions,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Any reference in this Privacy Policy to the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Platform” means EsadevSolutions LLC. EsadevSolutions LLC is the data controller for personal information collected through the WashGo client mobile application and related services in the United States. 1. Scope This Privacy Policy applies to Clients (vehicle owners / “Drivers”) who use the WashGo client app in the United States. The Service is available only in the U.S. 2. Information We Collect • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo. • Vehicle and service information: saved vehicles and U.S. service addresses. • Location data: approximate or precise real-time location when you request a wash, track an active booking, or use map-based features necessary to connect you with an independent Washer. • Payment information: tokenized payment methods processed by Stripe (e.g., last four digits and card brand). We do not store full card numbers. • Service history: bookings, ratings, tips, disputes, and communications related to completed services. • Device data: identifiers used for push notifications (FCM) and app security. 3. How We Use Information We use personal information to: • Create, authenticate, and manage your account. • Match your service request with independent Washers in your area. • Display maps, routing, and live service status. • Process payments, authorizations, refunds, and tips through Stripe. • Send operational notifications and service updates. • Maintain safety, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable U.S. law. 4. How We Share Information We share information only as needed to operate the Platform: • Assigned independent Washer: name, service location, vehicle/service details, and booking status. • Stripe, Inc.: payment processing. • Infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase, Google Maps): hosting, database, and mapping services, which may process data in the United States. • Law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information as defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) where applicable. 5. Data Retention We retain information while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution under U.S. law. You may request account deletion through Profile → Delete account, subject to retention required by law or active disputes. 6. Your Privacy Rights (United States) Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Submit requests to privacy@washgoapp.com with the subject line “U.S. Privacy Request.” 7. Security We use encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. 8. Children The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. 9. Changes We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. 10.
