LEGAL ENTITY AND DATA CONTROLLER WashGo is not a separate legal entity. WashGo Washer is a digital platform, trade name, and software product wholly owned, operated, and developed by EsadevSolutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States (“EsadevSolutions,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Any reference to the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Platform” means EsadevSolutions LLC. EsadevSolutions LLC is the data controller for personal and business information collected from independent Washers (service providers) in the United States. 1. Scope This Privacy Policy applies to Washers who use the WashGo Washer app in the United States only. 2. Information We Collect • Account and profile: business or individual name, email, phone, photo. • Real-time location: when you go online, accept jobs, or navigate to clients—required for dispatch, maps, and service coordination. • Service documentation: before/after photos and job metadata. • Payment and tax verification: bank account details, Stripe Connect onboarding data, tax identification (including W-9 information and IRS reporting data processed through Stripe). • Work history, earnings, ratings, disputes, and device identifiers for push notifications. 3. How We Use Information We use data to onboard and manage Washer accounts, verify identity and tax compliance, match you with Client requests, process payouts through Stripe Connect, maintain quality and safety, and comply with U.S. federal and state law (including tax reporting obligations). 4. How We Share Information • Clients: business name, location, and service status as needed to perform the job. • Stripe, Inc.: payment processing, Connect accounts, and tax reporting infrastructure. • Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Google Maps) operating in the U.S. • Government authorities when required by law (e.g., IRS, court order). We do not sell personal information. 5. Retention We retain data while your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (including up to seven (7) years for payment records where required). Location data during active sessions is not retained as a detailed travel history after job completion. 6.
